What began as skipping a trip to the loo at Morgan Wallen‘s show has ended with a police car ride!
The public urination offender is now reportedly facing other charges in addition to the scene he caused at the country singer’s recent concert in Baltimore.
Morgan Wallen himself has a history with law enforcement and past arrests. A few years ago, he was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

The man who was accused of taking a leak all over a family at Wallen’s concert in Baltimore has been arrested. The recent reports show that his arrest is not only tied to the nuisance, but he is now facing multiple criminal charges as well.
Maryland Transportation Authority Police have identified the offender as a 33-year-old Jayson Reed. He was arrested in North Carolina after an investigation into the incident that took place at the singer’s concert on July 18 at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
Authorities told TMZ that Reed has been charged with public urination, four counts of second-degree assault, and other related offenses. He is currently being held in custody in North Carolina while he awaits extradition to Maryland.
What Happened At The Baltimore Concert?

The drama began after concertgoers enjoying Wallen’s performance and vibing to the music were splashed with urine by an unruly fan. One of the victims, Troy Grevelding, shared that he was at the concert with his wife, brother, and 8-year-old niece when a man directly behind them allegedly whipped out his p-nis and began urinating right in the stands.
The golden shower got all over Grevelding, his family, and other concertgoers who sat nearby before security personnel intervened and removed the man from the stadium. MDTA Police say that officers responded to a report of a fight at the venue and escorted the suspect out.
Investigations into the incident revealed that he had allegedly urinated on other Wallen’s fans at the stadium. Officials reportedly swung into action and tracked down additional witnesses who were not interviewed at the scene. Reed was then identified and arrested after detectives consulted with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.
Morgan Wallen’s Concerts Have Faced Other Hiccups

The urination ordeal is not the first disturbance Wallen’s fans are seeing at his concert this year. According to The Blast, the country singer’s 2026 concerts have been filled with multiple problems so far.
In May, during a performance at Empower Field in Denver as part of his Still The Problem Tour, technical issues led to the artist having a meltdown. Wallen was performing one of his hits, “Sand In My Boots,” on the piano when the instrument seemed to have issues.
The singer’s visage changed, appearing frustrated as he tried to keep playing and performing. Wallen’s frustration seemed to get the best of him as he shoved the piano, causing it to tip over and break off some of its parts, leaving the audience in shock.
The Tennessee native did not stop the show but rather kept performing like nothing happened. Clips of the moments went viral online, leaving fans with questions about Wallen’s behavior on stage.
The ‘Cowgirls’ Singer Was Tagged ‘Racist’

Back in 2021, Wallen got heat after a video of him saying the N-word made waves online. He faced heavy backlash, especially from members of the black and people of color community.
The singer later addressed the matter and owned up to his actions. He admitted that using the controversial word was not “something I’m proud of.” He continued apologizing for his actions, saying, “I let so many people down who mean a lot to me and who have given so much to me, and it’s just not fair.”
The issue arose again last year after Wallen shared the stage with Drake during one of his concerts in Houston, Texas. The Blast reported that many social media users slammed Drake for aligning himself with an “artist that used the N-word on record,” describing the move as “wild.”
Popular adult content creator Mia Khalifa also slammed Wallen as racist. “m*rgan w*llen is for racists, hope that helps!” she wrote in an X post.
Morgan Wallen Has People In His Corner Amid Controversy

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and singer K. Michelle recently defended her friendship with Wallen. While promoting her “Jesus and Whiskey” album, she revealed that Wallen was her favorite artist of all time.
When the topic of his past use of the N-word came up, she acknowledged that he was wrong to use the word but also pointed out that other groups of people who are not black get passes to say the word.
The Blast reported that Michelle went on to explain that she had started to form a relationship with the country singer during which she realized “he loves black culture.”
Explaining further, she added that “Even loving black culture and a barbecue, that’s still something that’s sensitive to my people to everything. No matter how cool you are. It’s not a cool thing; it’s a hurtful thing.”
