Inside Hannah Martin’s 2026 beauty advent calendar with £145 Rodial eye cream

The OK! Beauty Box advent calendar is back for 2026, curated by celebrity make-up artist Hannah Martin

With Christmas just a few months away, beauty enthusiasts are likely already searching online for the perfect advent calendar to mark the countdown. Every year, retailers such as Space NK, Fortnum and Mason, Jo Malone and others release festive calendars packed with beauty products to help people celebrate throughout December and into the new year.

One particularly popular design that consistently sells out each Christmas is the OK! Beauty Box beauty advent calendar, and this year make-up artist Hannah Martin has returned once more for the 2026 edition.

The calendar – which includes products from brands like Aromatherapy Associates and Bobbi Brown – is now available for pre-order at £98 using the code ADVENT2026, bringing it down from its original £109 price point.

Despite costing less than £100, the calendar’s contents are actually valued at more than an impressive £605, and feature a Rodial eye cream which, when purchased separately at full price (£145), costs more than the entire calendar itself.

As someone who writes about beauty, advent calendar launches are amongst the most thrilling times of the year, and I typically use the opportunity to discover new brands and sample the travel-sized products for the coming months.

You can imagine my delight, therefore, when I was offered the opportunity to be among the first to view the OK! Beauty Box calendar in person, catching a glimpse of the 25 luxurious products ahead of its official release, as reported by Mirror. An impressive 22 of the items featured are full-sized, and there’s something to suit every beauty enthusiast as the countdown encompasses fragrance, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, nail products and self-care treats.

My first impression upon receiving the calendar was how much I appreciated the presentation. Seasonal yet understated, I admired the spacious drawers and appreciated that the box could easily be repurposed to organise make-up and skincare once the calendar has been opened.

Turning to Hannah’s selections, the celebrity make-up artist has an excellent track record, having previously compiled beauty products for three sold-out calendars. Within the 2026 edition, purchasers can look forward to discovering popular premium brands such as Bobbi Brown and bareMinerals, while also experiencing the likes of trending brand Kosas.

Additionally, every purchase automatically enters customers into a prize draw to win a private virtual masterclass with none other than Hannah Martin herself.

As someone who adores fragrance, I’m especially attracted to ARKIVE’s Decorated Woods 50ml scent that’s ideal for autumn, while Bobbi Brown’s Dual-Ended Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick is suitable for both daily use and the festive period thanks to the glittery and matt tones.

Another product that’s caught my attention is Kosas’ Lip Pulse Glossy Plumper in Unspoken, which is priced at £24 on its own at Cult Beauty. What particularly appeals to me is that the cosmetics featured have been thoughtfully chosen in universally flattering shades, meaning there’s likely to be minimal waste.

I’ve also been keen to incorporate more collagen into my skincare regime, so I’m particularly curious about Gatineau’s Collagene Expert Hydra Essence, which promises to deeply moisturise and plump the skin, making it perfect for the colder months approaching.

Also included is PRAI’s Ageless Throat and Decolletage Creme Intensive Gold+ 30ml, which has gained popularity amongst older customers, with one describing it as a ‘confidence-building’ product. Christmas Day’s slot in the calendar is especially noteworthy, featuring Rodial’s Glass Powder 3.5g.

My sole reservation – which is entirely down to personal taste – is that the calendar includes a Nail Kind nail polish (though it is in a beautiful autumnal burgundy shade). As someone who typically has their nails done professionally, it’s probably not something I’ll personally use, though it would make a lovely gift for someone else.

In other options, No7 Beauty’s The Ultimate Beauty Advent Calendar is priced at £180 and features 24 full-sized items covering both cosmetics and skincare. Meanwhile, The Body Shop’s Classic Beauty Advent Calendar is valued at £120 but available for just £65, featuring everything from body and cleansing butters to hand cream and sheet masks.

Returning to the OK! Beauty Box Hannah Martin calendar, anyone keen to get their hands on this festive countdown should act swiftly, as previous editions have sold out quickly. Rodial’s Bee Venom Firming Eye Cream is also set to be a highlight of the collection, making it particularly well-suited to more mature skin types.

One reviewer enthused: “The entire Bee Venom line is amazing. Very rich and hydrating without being oily. Absolutely love!”

Beauty enthusiasts are equally passionate about the powder, with one fan noting: “Fabulous loose powder. Gives make up a perfect finish.”
