Nani’s “The Paradise,” which was postponed from August to September 24, is now likely to undergo another reschedule. The latest buzz is that the film may arrive on October 1. If that happens, it could lead to a clash with Venkatesh’s “Aadarsha Kutumbam.”
There have already been reports that “Aadarsha Kutumbam” could be postponed to October 9 or October 16. However, producer Naga Vamsi recently put an end to these reports, stating that the film’s promotional campaign will begin next week with the teaser. He specifically indicated that the team is planning an extensive promotional blitz in the run-up to the film’s October 2 release.
If “Aadarsha Kutumbam” sticks to its October 2 release date and “The Paradise” moves from September 24 to October 1, the two films will arrive just a day apart.
Both films belong to different genres and have their own target audiences, but releasing within a day of each other could still affect their theatrical prospects, particularly in the Telugu states.
Will the makers avoid direct competition by maintaining a week’s gap between the two releases, or will both films proceed with their respective dates? We will have to wait and see how the release plans unfold.
