Kanye West and Kim Kardashian both showed up to support their daughter North at her debut solo concert in Chicago on Saturday night.
The exes were spotted cheering on the 13-year-old at her sold-out, one-night performance at The Vic Theatre, albeit from opposite sides of the VIP balcony, according to fan footage posted on Instagram.
The parents watched proudly as North wowed the audience with her stage presence while performing tracks from her EP NOrth4evr, including an unreleased track that sampled her father’s Coldest Winter.
West, 49, a Chicago native, was seen grooving to the music and filming the spectacle on his phone, while Kardashian, 45, was spotted smiling and pointing at North on the stage below.
The mother-of-five posted a video from North’s Chicago show on her Instagram Stories featuring a sweeping view of fans hollering and a rear view of the SKIMS mogul as she captured the teenage performer in all her glory.
Rather than using a massive group of background dancers, North, who left Kardashian fans in despair after appearing with a different nose on TikTok, opted for the less-is-more approach that put the focus entirely on herself.

North would just jerk her head left and right, make some robotic movements and whip her long turquoise hair around, and the crowd would go wild.
The young rap artist was joined by a pair of backup dancers who delivered synchronized performances next to the star attraction.
A TikTok video shared by a concert-goer showed West leaving the venue with his bodyguards among a throng of fans after the concert.
Both West and Kardashian had other business in Chicago to attend to besides North’s big night.
Kardashian paid a visit to the SKIMS flagship store in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, posting a trio of photos of her posing with the mannequins on Instagram.
On Thursday and Friday, the Gold Digger rapper showed up at Soldier Field stadium in Chicago to perform alongside special guests including Common, Rick Ross, Travis Scott and Lupe Fiasco, according to Billboard.
Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021, and while it started off as cordial, it turned increasingly contentious over time due to West’s public outbursts and custody issues involving their four children: North; Saint, 10; Chicago, eight; and Psalm, seven.
Ultimately, they settled out of court, and their divorce was finalized in November 2022. They agreed to joint custody, though Kardashian handles the bulk of the parenting, per Entertainment Tonight.

In May 2024, North performed I Just Can’t Wait to Be King live at the Hollywood Bowl.
In April of this year, North and her dad performed their two collaborative efforts, Talking and Piercing on My Hand, during his concert at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium.
On May 9, just days after releasing her EP NOrth4evr, the child prodigy made her music festival debut at Rolling Loud in Orlando, Florida.
