Stevie Wonder has shared plans for a 50th anniversary tour of his seminal album ‘Songs In The Key Of Life’.
The Motown icon is a singular genius within modern music, a songwriter, singer, composer, and producer almost without peer. Stevie Wonder’s ambitious 1976 album ‘Songs In The Key Of Life’ is perhaps the pinnacle of his catalogue, winning the soul legend the third of his three GRAMMY Awards for Album of the Year.
Inducted into the Library of Congress’ National Recording Registry, the album was an incredible international success, certified Diamond with more than 10 million sales globally.
Hitting the road later this year, Stevie Wonder will bring ‘Songs In The Key Of Life’ to venues across the land. The European run opens in Birmingham on October 13th, before the soul icon visits the continent.
Playing Dublin’s 3Arena on November 1st, Stevie Wonder then plays the O2 Arena in London on November 3rd, before visiting Manchester ‘s Co-Op Live on November 8th, and Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on November 11th.
