Host Joel Dommett might have done this six years in a row – but he insists he still gets nervous.
“You’ve got to have a few butterflies, but I always try my best not to let the nerves get involved because otherwise, especially with live television, you end up hosting it and you’re going, ‘Arrrrggghhhh’, so you’ve just gotta calm your nerves,” he shared.
“They trust me on This Morning, they trust me on Radio 2, they trust me on all sorts of things that are live, and that’s why I enjoy them. Live telly is also really exciting when it goes wrong.”
