Naga Chaitanya’s much-awaited mythical thriller “Vrushakarma”, directed by Karthik Dandu, is set for a worldwide theatrical release on December 4, 2026. The makers officially announced the release date today.
The film brings together Naga Chaitanya and Karthik Dandu, following the director’s previous success with “Virupaksha”. Produced by SVCC and Sukumar Writings and presented by Bapineedu, “Vrushakarma” blends mythology, mystery and thriller elements against an unexplored backdrop.
The December 4 release gives the makers sufficient time to complete the remaining production work and plan an extensive promotional campaign. The team is expected to promote the film across India as well as in overseas markets.
Naga Chaitanya is said to be playing a distinctive role in the film and has undergone a significant transformation for the character. He has already completed his portions of the shoot. Meenakshi Chaudhary is the female lead, while Sparsh Shrivastava plays the antagonist.
The film is currently in the final leg of production, with the release date now locked. The makers are expected to begin their promotional campaign in the coming months.
