There will be a new route and installations for visitors to enjoy
A magical immersive light trail which claims to be the UK’s number one is returning to Bristol this winter.
Luminate returns to Ashton Court with a new route and installations. The mesmerising trail, which arrives on Friday, November 27 to Monday, December 28, features stunning light elements and interactive light play all set to a beautiful soundtrack.
This year’s trail will be filled with new magical zones and more ways for visitors to get involved. There will be a Frozen Forest, intergalactic star alley and Christmas Corner.
There is also the opportunity for visitors to Make a Wish by writing their heart’s desire on a tag and pinning it to the wall. The Luminate fairies will be looking to make a lucky visitor’s dream come true.
Now in its second year at Ashton Court, the team takes 600 hours to install Luminate, using ten miles of cable and 120,000 lights.
Janine Maycock, co-founder of Luminate, said: “We’re delighted to be returning to Ashton Court with our best Luminate yet. We’re really excited about the new Christmas Corner and our WOW moments. It is the most enchanting evening out.”
