Create an account and get it verified
Sign up to Ticketmaster, or your ticket selling platform of choice, BEFORE the tickets go on sale. Otherwise, valuable seconds will be wasted setting up your account. Once you’ve signed up, make sure your account is verified and your payment and delivery details are pre-added to ensure that once you’ve got your tickets in your basket, you can check out as quickly as possible.
Get your devices ready
While you shouldn’t have Ticketmaster open on multiple tabs, you can have it open on multiple devices. But make sure they’re all charged and you’re signed in on all of them. Clearing your browser’s cache and avoiding using a VPN will also help too, as clearing the cache will make your browser run better and Ticketmaster’s site doesn’t do well with VPNs.
