Oasis is heading back on the road in 2027, and there is an important step to take if you want tickets
Oasis is set to return to the stage next year, with legions of fans gearing up for another tour. Amidst the anticipation, many will understandably be anxious about the scramble for tickets.
Anyone who attempted to secure a ticket for the highly anticipated 2025 reunion will recall the fierce competition to get hold of a spot. I spent six hours in the queue before managing to purchase two tickets for their Wembley date last year.
Numerous other fans endured even longer waits, paid considerably more than expected, or were left empty-handed when it came to witnessing Liam and Noel Gallagher share the stage again following years of animosity.
Oasis has implemented a fresh system for their forthcoming 38-date tour next year, though my guidance remains relevant. What proved crucial in helping me get tickets last time was ensuring I was already signed into my Ticketmaster account beforehand.
Taking this step will accelerate the ticket purchasing process and ensure everything runs far more smoothly. There would be nothing worse than securing tickets and proceeding to checkout only to discover you’ve forgotten your password.
Tickets can only remain in your basket for a limited period, so it’s vital you don’t run out of time. I’d suggest logging into your account and remaining signed in before entering the ticket queue.
How to get Oasis tickets
This time around, Oasis are adopting a ballot system in a bid to provide people with a fairer opportunity of getting tickets. The hope is it will prevent fans from spending hours in online queues.
In order to be in with a chance of purchasing tickets, fans must complete a registration process before 4pm BST / 5pm CEST / 8am PT / 11am ET on September 17.
Oasis said: “Due to the anticipated extremely high demand for Oasis Live ’27 and to give genuine fans the best possible chance of getting tickets, a registration process is in place to access the onsale. Registration is the only public way to access tickets for Oasis Live ’27.”
To register, head to the official Oasis website and enter your email address. You will then be required to verify your personal details before selecting which city or cities you wish to attend, ranking your first, second and third preference. You will also be asked to identify which Oasis album was released in 1995.
A Ticketmaster account is also required in order to purchase tickets. Crucially, the Ticketmaster account must be registered to the same email address used to enter the ballot.
If you do not yet have a Ticketmaster account, it is advisable to set one up straight away. Once registered, fans will be selected at random to receive a unique code.
This unique code will grant fans access to the online queue to purchase tickets at staggered intervals. The codes will be distributed between Thursday, September 24 and Sunday, September 27.
Tickets will go on sale between Friday, September 25, and Sunday, September 27. Fans can join the ticket waiting room up to 30 minutes prior to their designated onsale time.
Oasis explained: “To reduce queuing, the onsale will take place at staggered times across three days: Friday, September 25, Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026. If you receive a unique code, your email will tell you which onsale you can access.
“You can choose up to three cities, in order of preference. If you are selected, you will receive a unique code to access the onsale for one of the cities you have chosen. We will try to give you your first choice, but cannot guarantee it. You will not be able to access the onsales for any other cities.”
It should be noted that receiving a unique code is no guarantee of securing tickets.
