West Midlands Safari Park is launching a brand-new Safari Skies Drone Show event for Halloween
A brand new drone show is coming to West Midlands Safari Park this Halloween.
‘Hundreds of drones’ will take to the skies above the Worcestershire attraction, transforming into images of the animal kingdom in a 12-minute display of light, movement and music.
The Safari Skies Drone Show will feature everything from ‘the roar of big cats to the unmistakable silhouette of Africa’s tallest animals’ set to an atmospheric soundtrack and some spooky surprises along the way

This is in addition to the park’s popular Halloween event.

Bethan Davis, Senior PR & Events Executive, said: “We’re incredibly excited to be introducing something completely new to West Midlands Safari Park this Halloween.
“This is the first time we’ve brought a drone show to the Park, and we wanted to create something that feels truly spectacular while still having that all-important wildlife connection.
“Seeing hundreds of drones transform into some of the incredible animals that our guests know and love, high above the Park, will be a completely different way to experience wildlife.
“Combined with our Spooky Spectacular and a full day of Safari Park fun, we think Safari Skies will give families plenty to look forward to this Halloween.”
When is the Safari Skies Drone Show at West Midlands Safari Park?
The Safari Skies Drone Show takes place on Halloween, on Saturday October 31.
The show will form the grand finale of a full day at the park, with guests able to arrive from 10am.
Visitors can enjoy the four-mile Safari Drive, Safari Walk areas and all the Spooky Spectacular activities before settling in to watch the skies come alive at 7.30pm.
What age is Safari Skies suitable for?
The family-friendly display is designed to be enjoyed by all ages and, while the music will help bring the show to life, there will be no loud bangs or explosions, making it suitable for younger guests too.
As well as a full day of entertainment including Halloween shows, spooky crafts, new torchlight tours and monster meet and greets, the Park’s Adventure Theme Park will be open until 9pm, allowing guests a final chance to experience the rides in the dark.
Tickets include a full day at West Midlands Safari Park, including the four-mile Safari Drive, Safari Walk areas, Spooky Spectacular and the Safari Skies Drone Show. Guests can also choose tickets that include access to the park’s rides.
With limited Early Bird tickets available, families can currently save more than 30% when booking in advance.
