Allu Arjun and director Atlee have teamed up for an ambitious project, “Raaka”, which has been in the making for some time. Although the makers unveiled the title and first look in April this year, fans have been waiting for a glimpse video.
There were reports that the team would unveil a video in August and introduce the world in which the story is set, but that did not happen. Now, the team has released an intriguing poster featuring the number 37 and added the line, “Something big is loading,” hinting at an important update or possibly the much-awaited glimpse.
Allu Arjun delivered one of the biggest blockbusters in Indian cinema with “Pushpa 2” and firmly established himself among the country’s top stars. Naturally, “Raaka” has generated considerable excitement and anticipation.
Unlike his earlier working style, Allu Arjun is shooting “Raaka” almost entirely in Mumbai, while the team has been careful to keep details about the project from leaking through unofficial channels. The film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures, with Deepika Padukone as the female lead, which has already been officially announced.
However, reports suggest that actresses such as Rashmika Mandanna, Janhvi Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur could also be part of the cast. The team is yet to officially confirm their involvement.
