Argos reduces £50 Russell Hobbs steam iron to £17.99 in online deal

Argos shoppers are currently snapping up a fantastic deal on a household staple. The retailer has slashed the highly rated Russell Hobbs 23061 Supreme Steam Iron from £59 down to £17.99 in a better than half price deal.

Promising to make ‘light work’ of big ironing piles, the iron heats up in two minutes and provides 40g per minute of continuous steam. It also has a powerful steam shot function which tackles those particularly stubborn creases.

WIth non-stick stainless steel plates, the iron should glide across cotton, linen, and heavier fabrics. A 300ml water tank ensures you can work throug a large amount of ironing before needing a refill.

There are also plenty of affordable options for those wanting something quick and simple. For example, the Dunelm 2200W Ceramic Iron is priced at £15 and holds a decent 4.5/5 star rating. Shoppers have called it “good value” and “capable”.
