Can’t wait for you to join the parent club. Congratulations to you and Tobi. You will be amazing parents.”

Strictly host Johannes Radebe also congratulated the couple, as did former Strictly star Tyler West and last year’s Big Brother star Feyisola Akintoye.

Will, who is just about to be on Strictly Come Dancing, has been engaged to Tobi since 2024 after over a decade of being together. They got engaged during a beautiful trip to Tuscany.

A source told The Sun that there pair were excited for the baby: “Will and Tobi are overjoyed and he can’t wait to become a dad. He already had a busy winter juggling Strictly and Big Brother, but now it’s got a whole lot more complicated.

“Tobi is due this side of Christmas, so there is every chance he has to race away from rehearsals to be with her. Will opens up in Saturday’s Strictly show about the happy news.”

When announced for Strictly, Will said: “I can’t quite believe it…I’m doing Strictly! What an absolute dream. Albeit a pretty terrifying one. I’ve been lucky to do lots of live telly before, but absolutely nothing like this. And I cannot wait!

“I have no idea if I can actually dance, but bring on the sequins, bring on the quicksteps, bring on the dance floor! I’m going to try to enjoy every minute of it.”

As well as Strictly starting soon, Will has returned to screens with a new series of Big Brother. But he has said that he will treat approach the live Strictly shows differently to the live Big Brother ones. Speaking about his feelings before the Strictly live launch, which airs this weekend, he shared what he usually does backstage. He said: “Before every live Big Brother show, I have one small beer, a cola, and a water – separately!”

Will has confessed he will need to swap out at least one of the drinks as he doesn’t “want to be, you know, gassy if I am very close to somebody else’s face… “

But there is something else that Will has predicted will be a bigger departure for him – his missing Big Brother co-star, AJ. He added: “I also always give AJ a hug before going live, so it’s going to be so weird getting all spruced up in my Cuban heels and my low-cut shirts and not having AJ there to wave me off onto the stage!”
