Nani’s The Paradise is witnessing strong momentum in overseas advance bookings ahead of its September 24 theatrical release. Reports indicate that overseas pre sales have now crossed the $700K mark, with four days remaining for premieres. The film’s North American bookings have been particularly strong, building substantial anticipation ahead of release and even high chances to cross $ 1 Million even before the shows begin.
The film is directed by Srikanth Odela, reuniting the filmmaker with Nani after their successful collaboration Dasara. Set against the backdrop of 1980s Secunderabad, The Paradise features Kayadu Lohar, Mohan Babu, Raghav Juyal and Sonali Kulkarni, while Anirudh Ravichander handles the music.
With advance sales continuing to rise, the film is projected by trade observers to potentially deliver a $2 million plus overseas opening if the momentum sustains. Earlier, the movie crossed $100K in US pre sales within hours of bookings opening, highlighting the strong anticipation surrounding Nani and Srikanth Odela’s latest collaboration.
The Paradise has reportedly fetched ₹18 crore from overseas theatrical rights, with trade reports placing the international break even requirement at around $4 million. This makes the opening crucial for distributors, while strong word of mouth could accelerate recovery. The film is produced by SLV Cinemas and arrives worldwide on September 24 with premiers on September 23.
