Cindy Crawford posted about her pride for son Presley Gerber just two months before he passed away.
The supermodel took to her Instagram account to post a birthday tribute for Presley on July 2, in which she commented on “the man” that he had become following years of struggles. Sadly, he died while in a rehab facility on September 20.
Cindy shared some old photos of her and Presley with the caption, “Happy birthday @presleygerber. I’m so proud of the man you’ve become, but I’ll always see you as my little boy! Love you.”

Back in March 2026, Presley posted about receiving treatment for substance use. He received an ibogaine flood dose while in Cancun, Mexico.
At the time, Presley wrote, “Letting go of control didn’t come easy, but I trusted there was something bigger than me guiding it. I knew why i was there. I faced what I had been running from, and somewhere in all of it, i started finding my way back to myself…. We shall see…. Praying it’s the last time I have to come back.”
Cindy left support on the post.
“You are a warrior! Walked thru the fire to find yourself! So proud!” she wrote in a comment.
Kaia Gerber commented on that post, “that’s my brother I am so damn proud.”
