Belgian group Triggerfinger have shared their new album ‘Tarmac’ in full.
The new album comes more than 20 years after their self-titled debut, with Triggerfinger growing to become a by-word in chic, sylph rock music.
The band worked relentlessly before taking a step back, focussing on other project’s in the process. Unfortunately, co-founder Paul passed away in October 2025 after struggling with health issues for over a year. Mario and Ruben decided to honour his memory in the best way possible – by making the most full throttle album of their careers.
Fronted by Ruben Block (vocals, guitar) and Mario Goossens (drums, vocals), with Geoffrey Burton (Grace Jones, Iggy Pop, Misia) joining on guitar for live shows, Triggerfinger re-engage the hunger of their early years on this new record.
Informed by their studio prowess and the gnarly physicality of their live shows, ‘Tarmac’ is a confident, assured return.
