Tickets are sold out for the NBA’s first ever regular season game in Manchester. The historic match between New Orleans Pelicans and San Antonio Spurs will be played at the Co-Op Live arena in 2027.
Tickets went on sale in May following the announcement of a double header featuring two of the league’s biggest stars to be played in Europe.
The first game will see the New Orleans Pelicans and San Antonio Spurs face off in Paris on January 14 before making their way to Manchester for another showdown at the Co-Op Live on January 17.

According to organisers, around one million fans registered their interest in tickets for both games. The figure makes it the highest recorded level of demand for NBA games in the continent.
The games are part of the NBA’s multiyear slate of regular-season games in Europe. Both games will be streamed live on Amazon Prime Video.
The occasion will be the second time an NBA team has played in Manchester, with last time being in 2013. It will also mark the 20th game to be held in England with an NBA team since the first in 1993.
The Pelicans, who will be playing their third and fourth games in Europe and first in France and England, currently feature two-time NBA All-Star Zion Williamson, 2022 NBA All-Star Dejounte Murray, and 2026 Castrol Rising Stars Jeremiah Fears and Derik Queen.
For the Spurs, these two games will mark their 10th and 11th appearances in Europe, sixth in France and first in England.
Their team currently features two-time NBA All-Star and 2025-26 Kia NBA Defensive Player of the Year Victor Wembanyama, two-time NBA All-Star De’Aaron Fox, 2024-25 Kia NBA Rookie of the Year Stephon Castle, and 2026 Castrol Rising Star Dylan Harper.
