Oasis fans issued severe warning as first Live 27 ticket codes released

Oasis fans have been issued a severe warning as the first batch of codes to buy tickets for their latest tour have been released.

Oasis Live 27 will see the group perform 42 concerts across Scotland, England, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the US and Ireland.

Fans were required to pre-register by 4pm on Thursday 17 September. Each fan will be sent a unique, non-transferable code to access an allocated purchasing window.

UK ticket sales take place on 25, 26 and 27 September, with three selling windows available each day. Fans will be informed directly about which specific window they can access, and at what time.

Some fans have yet to receive their ticket codes, with many fearing they have missed out on their chance to see the Britpop band in 2027.

One user posted: “Has anyone received codes yet today (Friday) for tomorrow’s Oasis Ticketmaster round? It’s 12pm, I’m miserable, and all I have to cling to is false hope”.

The band have told fans to be wary of scammers attempting to impersonate Oasis or their ticket partners.

In a statement, they wrote: “Important: We have been made aware of possible Oasis ticket scams.

“As ticket information and unique codes are about to be distributed, please remain vigilant.

“Scammers may attempt to impersonate Oasis, our mailing list or our ticket partners.

“Please do not accept a code that is not sent by oasis@openstageit.com.”

Demand for the tour has been so great that Oasis added four extra dates, including two at Knebworth on 25 and 26 September, where they famously played two concerts in August 1996 to an audience of more than 100,000 fans each night.

Standard ticket prices will be fixed and range between £71.50 and £266.60, including fees. Further information is available on the official Oasis website.

The band reunited last year for their Live 25 tour, which sold out within minutes of tickets going on sale, and was estimated by Forbes to have generated more than £293 million in revenue.

The reunion came after a long-standing feud between Noel Gallagher and brother Liam when the band split in 2009 – reportedly prompted by a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in France.

The 2025 reunion tour was the subject of controversy due to Ticketmaster’s alleged “dynamic pricing” model, where fans were met with inflated ticket prices during the frenzy to secure spots at the band’s shows.

Ticketmaster denied using dynamic pricing. In September last year the company was forced by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) to change how it advertises tickets, following the backlash.
