AMC has released the final trailer for the supernatural mystery series Yaga starring Noah Reid (Schitt’s Creek), Clark Backo (Letterkenny), Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix) and Hudson William (Heated Rivalry).
Yaga is based on Kat Sandler’s play which focuses on a missing university student who is the heir to a small town fishery. When an out of town investigator is called in to assist with the investigation it creates a lot of tension with the local police and other townspeople as well as a cult who the student may have been a member. Among the suspects is also his professor who has a taste for young men and may have an integral role in the cult. Watch the trailer below…

YAGA follows Rapp (Noah Reid, Schitt’s Creek, The Vampire Lestat), a private investigator who arrives in a small coastal town to investigate the disappearance of a young heir to a powerful fishery, Henry Park (Hudson Williams, Heated Rivalry). He finds himself at odds with an apprehensive local detective, Carson (Clark Backo, Venom: The Last Dance, Letterkenny), a charismatic university professor with a taste for younger men, Katherine (Carrie-Anne Moss, Matrix Films, Memento), and a labyrinth of enigmatic suspects, secret lives, and ancient magic.
Yaga will premiere October 23rd on AMC+ and Crave.
