- Birmingham Frankfurt Christmas Market is recruiting staff for its annual festive season, offering wages above minimum wage at £13.45 per hour.
- The market runs from November 5 to Christmas Eve, featuring around 60 decorated wooden stalls stretching from the Bullring end of New Street to Victoria Square. Staff are needed to work alongside the German team across various roles.
- Positions available include bar staff who must be ‘friendly and good at engaging with the public’ and catering assistants serving bratwurst, chocolate-covered fruit and other German delicacies. Back of house roles include kitchen assistants, porters and glasswashers.
- Both full and part-time positions are available, with training provided and no previous experience required. Interviews are running from late September through October.
- The market operates 11am-9pm Monday to Thursday, 11am-9:30pm Friday, 10am-9:30pm Saturday and 10am-9pm Sunday, except Remembrance Sunday when it opens at 1pm.
