A new craft beer and cocktail bar has swung open its doors in Birmingham city centre after 10 months of development.
The Boiler Room on Waterloo Street welcomed its first customers this weekend and has already been celebrated by its customers.
It’s the brand’s second location, as The Boiler Room is called Leamington Spa home.

On Instagram, Independent Birmingham wrote last week: “Located on Waterloo Street in the city centre, @theboilerroombirmingham is the sister venue to The Boiler Room in Leamington Spa.
“Opening very soon, expect tasty beers (with loads of draught options), cocktails, wines, spirits and more – with everything they serve selected because they believe it deserves a place behind their bar.
“A chic industrial-style setting open every day of the week for your drinking and socialising pleasure.”
Since then, customers have shared their experience in the venue, with one writing: “Visited tonight on opening day, definitely will be a new favourite spot in Brum.”
Another added: “The one in Leamington is great.”
“Ooh, love the copper panelling,” a third said.
A fourth added: “Can’t wait!!”
The Boiler Room previously posted on social media: “We’ll soon be joining the bustling Colmore scene, bringing you top beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails every day of the week.
“It’s beginning to feel within touching distance, and we can’t wait to meet you all!”
