John Mayer is heading to the Sphere!
The 48-year-old Grammy winner announced on Monday (September 28) that he will perform six shows at the Las Vegas venue in April 2027.
The shows will be unique from a standard John concert, as each night will feature him performing in three different formats: solo, with his full band and with the John Mayer Trio.

The concerts will feature John performing songs from throughout his career in three different configurations.
During the solo portion, he’ll perform alone onstage with an emphasis on his acoustic guitar work, along with performances on piano and electric guitar.
He’ll also perform with his full band and reunite with Steve Jordan and Pino Palladino for the John Mayer Trio portion of the show.

Tickets start at $129.
Artist presale registration is available now through John‘s official website. The artist presale begins Wednesday, October 7 at 10 a.m. PT.
A SiriusXM listener presale will follow on Thursday, October 8.
Tickets will then go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 9 at 10 a.m. PT through Ticketmaster.
VIP packages and concert-and-hotel packages will become available beginning Wednesday, September 30 at 10 a.m. PT.
Select VIP packages include premium seating, exclusive merchandise and a date-specific lithograph signed by John. There are also concert and hotel packages available through Vibee.
John Mayer Has Already Played Sphere With Dead & Company
John is already very familiar with the Las Vegas venue.
He performs guitar and vocals with Dead & Company, which previously staged a 48-show run at Sphere that drew nearly half a million attendees, according to the announcement.
The new April shows will mark John‘s opportunity to bring his own music to the venue as a headliner.
The concerts will utilize Sphere’s immersive LED visuals and audio technology throughout the performances.
John is also using the shows to support charitable causes. One dollar from every ticket sold will benefit his Back To You Fund, while tickets for each show will also be auctioned with 100% of those auction proceeds benefiting the Heart and Armor Foundation, which John founded to support veterans’ health.
