Andrea Bocelli is set to tour the UK in 2027 to mark the 30th anniversary of his hit album Romanza.
The opera singer, 68, will visit Birmingham, London, Manchester and Glasgow between September 29 and October 9.
Bocelli said: “I am incredibly excited to be returning to the UK in 2027 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Romanza with some very special concerts.
“I love performing there, and I can’t wait to create some more magical moments with my fans.”
Released in 1997, Romanza was Bocelli’s debut compilation and breakthrough record, topping charts in Europe and Latin America.
Selling over 20 million copies, it is the bestselling Italian language and predominantly non-English language album in history.
The album features “Con Te partirò”, the track that marked his arrival on the global stage.
Its duet adaptation with Sarah Brightman, “Time To Say Goodbye”, became a worldwide hit, expanding his audience beyond classical music.
Dates begin at Utilita Arena Birmingham on September 29, moving to London’s The O2 on October 1, Co-op Love in Manchester on October 5 and Ovo Hydro Glasgow on October 9.
Tickets go on sale Friday October 2 at 10am, with a social fan presale from Wednesday September 30 at 10am.
Bocelli has released 17 studio albums and four compilations during his career, selling over 90 million records worldwide.
The classically trained singer, whose recordings include classical and pop music, has performed for the coronation of King Charles III and for the 75th anniversary of the Italian Constitution in Rome. In a career-spanning release titled “Duets” (30th Anniversary ), Bocelli sings in Italian, English, French and Spanish, collaborating with musicians ranging from Karol G to Chris Stapleton.
