Big John’s has closed its West Bromwich branch in order to make some ‘major changes’.
The fast-food joint in Carters Green temporarily shut its doors on Monday, September 28.
Customers were thanked for their ‘continued support, patience and understanding’ when an ‘important store update’ was issued last week.
For the duration of the closure, people have been invited to visit the chain’s other local stores in Hagley Road West, Quinton, or Soho Road, Birmingham.

A Big John’s spokesperson said: “Our West Bromwich Big John’s will be closed for some major changes from September 26, 2026.
“In the meantime, you can continue to enjoy Big John’s at our nearby locations.
“We’ll keep you updated with further news about the reopening.
