Actor Priyadarshi has been receiving attention for his portrayal of MLA Shankar in Nani-starrer “The Paradise”. The character is widely seen as being inspired by former Telangana Chief Minister KCR, particularly in terms of his mannerisms, dialect and appearance.
Former Telangana minister and prominent BRS leader T. Harish Rao recently invited Priyadarshi to his residence and felicitated the actor for his performance. He also congratulated the entire team of “The Paradise”.
Praising Priyadarshi’s work, Harish Rao highlighted his performances in films such as “Balagam” and “Mallesham”, besides his portrayal of MLA Shankar in “The Paradise”.
Sharing a video from his meeting with Priyadarshi, Harish Rao wrote, “From Balagam and Mallesham to portraying KCR garu as MLA Shankaranna in #TheParadise, his mannerisms, dialect, and screen presence are remarkable.”
He further congratulated director Srikanth Odela, Nani and the entire team of “The Paradise”, and wished Priyadarshi more memorable films and greater success in the future.
