Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna currently own a palatial bungalow in Jubilee Hills, where they live with Vijay’s parents. Vijay bought the property after the success of “Arjun Reddy” and had it built to his taste.
However, the newly married couple are now reportedly planning to move closer to Shamshabad airport.
According to the buzz, Vijay and Rashmika have reportedly booked a luxury villa in an upscale project in the area.
The villa is said to be spread across nearly 1,000 square yards and features a backyard and a private swimming pool. The project is located amid hillocks and is designed with features such as an artificial waterfall and flowing streams. The considerable distance between the villas is also said to offer residents greater privacy.
Buzz is that Vijay and Rashmika have bought one of these villas, and their reported association with the project has already made it a talking point.
There has been no official confirmation from Vijay Deverakonda or Rashmika Mandanna regarding the reported property purchase.
They are currently awaiting the release of their film “Ranabaali”, which is scheduled to hit theatres on October 16. It marks their first film together after their marriage.
