Britt Stewart is speaking out after her shocking elimination from Dancing with the Stars.
Earlier this week, the 37-year-old pro dancer and celeb partner Taylor Hanson were the fourth couple eliminated from season 35 of the hit ABC dancing competition series.
Days later on Friday (October 2), Britt took to Instagram to pen a touching tribute to the 43-year-old singer.
“Taylor, thank you for showing up fully and authentically. Thank you for trusting me,” Britt wrote while sharing photos and videos from their DWTS time together. “What we created together was bigger than how many weeks we were given to create it. I will forever be proud of our partnership and our DWTS journey together. Thank you for reminding me why I love to create and connect!”
“There are times in your life that you know will impact you in big ways,” she continued. “I truly believe that having @taylorhanson as my partner for @dancingwiththestars Season 35 is and will be one of those times. I’m not even sure I am expressing the right words to sum it all up but all I know is that I’m grateful.”
Britt concluded her message by thanking fans for all their love and support after their elimination.
“From my heart, THANK YOU for the love, support and messages over the past few days,” she wrote. “I feel it all and it means more than you know ?? #dwts #TeamBRITTAY“
Dancing with the Stars will air live at 8pm ET on ABC every Tuesday night, and streaming on Hulu and Disney+.
