The combination of Allu Arjun and Atlee has created considerable interest ever since their collaboration was announced. “Raaka” marks the first film for both, bringing together for one of the costliest projects.
With the film being made as a high-budget pan-Indian production, the release date has naturally become one of the most discussed aspects of the project.
Atlee was recently asked about the release date of “Raaka” during an event. In his trademark light-hearted manner, the director joked that even the producer had not asked him about the release date.
He went on to say that the film would arrive soon.
“Raaka” is currently being shot in Mumbai. The film is targeting a release towards the end of 2027.
Produced by Sun Pictures on a grand scale, “Raaka” also features Deepika Padukone in a key role. Allu Arjun plays dual role. Sai Abhyankkar is the music director. For now, the makers are keeping the release plans under wraps.
