A Midland deli has made the ‘difficult decision’ to close after two ‘wonderful’ years.
Kelly’s Deli opened on the Henley-in-Arden High Street in November 2024 and served quality salads, sandwiches, cobs and more.
Earlier this year, a Stratford-upon-Avon location opened, and it was announced last week that the Henley store has closed.

After a temporary closure, Kelly’s Deli said a proposed new lease had contributed towards the decision not to remain trading in the Midlands town.
On social media, Kelly’s Deli posted: “A heartfelt announcement. To all our lovely customers and the Henley-in-Arden community,
“It is with a very heavy heart that we share the news that Kelly’s Deli, Henley-in-Arden, will unfortunately not be reopening.
“We know many of you have been patiently waiting for an update, and we wanted to take the time to carefully consider our options, reach a final decision and speak with our current landlord before sharing the news.
“Following careful consideration of the proposed new lease and what would be sustainable for our business for the future, we have made the difficult decision not to reopen in Henley-in-Arden.
“This was not an easy decision, particularly because of how much the deli and local community mean to us.
“Thank you to everyone who has supported us and made Kelly’s Deli part of your lives.
“You have been so much more than customers you have been part of our Kelly’s Deli family, and we are and always will be incredibly grateful.
“As some of you may know, although this chapter is coming to an end, the Kelly’s Deli family is still here.
“You can still find us at Kelly’s Deli in Bentley Heath and, more recently, at Kelly’s in Stratford-upon-Avon, just a short drive away. It has been wonderful to see so many familiar faces already.
“Thank you, Henley, for all the love, support and wonderful memories. We will always be grateful for the community we have been lucky enough to serve.
“With all our love and heartfelt thanks, The Kelly Family.”
