The Telugu trailer of Superstar Rajinikanth’s “Jailer 2” is out, promising a mix of high-voltage action, humour and Nelson Dilipkumar’s trademark quirky entertainment.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the sequel sees Rajinikanth return as Muthuvel Pandian. The trailer hints at a fresh conflict, bigger stakes and a more expansive world while retaining the humour and action that made the first instalment a blockbuster.
The film features a star-studded cast, including S. J. Suryah, Vidya Balan, Shivarajkumar, Mohanlal, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Mirnaa.
Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music.
Sithara Entertainments is distributing the film in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, bringing the sequel to Telugu audiences.
