Lisa Bonet just made her first public appearance in years when she attended Celine’s Spring/Summer 2027 show presented at the Musée des Archives Nationales in Paris.
The Cosby Show and A Different World star attended the event on Oct. 3, during Paris Fashion Week. It was her first time attending one of the brand’s shows since 2022, and she was seated in the front row alongside other high-profile guests including Tracee Ellis Ross, Ruth Negga, and SZA. But all eyes were on Bonet because of how rare it is to see her in public.
The actress wore a black satin dress with sheer black tights, black-heeled ankle boots, and an oversized tan trench coat. She accessorized with round, black-tinted sunglasses, understated earrings, rings, and a gold bar through her pierced septum. But perhaps the most striking part of Bonet’s appearance was her hair.
Her famously long locs cascaded over her shoulders, extending down to her waist. The strands showed off a natural silver-gray coloring. She kept her hair swept over one shoulder, remaining fully visible to photographers. And fans gushed over her look.
“She looks really good,” one person wrote, while another added, “She is LITERALLY AGELESS!!!”
A third person posted, “I ain’t heard nothing she said! I only saw gorgeousness!”
A fourth declared, “Wanna look like her in my next life,” and another chimed in, “Still just the most gorgeous woman alive.”
After years of keeping a relatively low profile, Bonet’s return to the Celine front row placed her back in the center of the Paris Fashion Week conversation while she took in creative director Michael Rider’s evolving vision for the French fashion house.
Presented as a 71-look show, the collection emphasized polished but accessible clothing, mixing tailored pieces with dresses, embellishment, bohemian influences and bold colors. The collection reflected Rider’s offering in clothing that could feel both special and practical.
Bonet also appeared to connect with Rider’s approach to Celine. Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar about the designer’s work, she praised what she saw as a sense of freshness and relevance in his collections. She said the clothes felt “wearable and elegant and special,” explaining that the practicality of the designs was part of what caught her attention.
The 58-year-old Bonet is the mother of Zoë Kravitz, who she shares with her ex, Lenny Kravitz. She also has two other children, Lola Momoa and Nakoa-Wolf Momoa, with Jason Mamoa who she divorced in 2024.
