What you need to know as 12 venues and part of a Liverpool street shuts for the day
- A dozen venues in the city centre will be shut this Sunday as film crews descend again. Liverpool continues to be a hotbed for filming as a city centre street will close today, Sunday, September 20, for crews to take over the area.
- A portion of Castle Street will close to the public between 5am and 10pm tomorrow, with 12 venues all keeping their doors shut while filming for the new Beatles films takes place. The closures come just days after Paul Mescal was spotted cycling along a street in Woolton, dressed in a light blue shirt, beige blazer and black trousers.
- The actor was also sporting the iconic 1960s-style bowl cut associated with Sir Paul McCartney during The Beatles’ early years. The venues that are closed are listed below.
