Anaswara Rajan is steadily emerging as one of the most promising young actresses in South Indian cinema. After establishing herself in Malayalam films, she is now creating a strong impression in Telugu cinema. Her debut Champion introduced her to Telugu audiences, while her expressive performances and natural screen presence have opened doors to bigger projects.
Anaswara’s upcoming Telugu lineup is particularly exciting. She plays Chiranjeevi’s daughter in Bobby Kolli’s Kaaka, where her first look as Ammulu Paapa has already attracted attention. She is also part of Itlu Arjuna and Antha Ramuloru Chusukuntaru, giving her opportunities to explore different characters and strengthen her position in Tollywood.
Interestingly, Anaswara and Mamitha Baiju shared the screen in Super Sharanya, with Anaswara playing the title character Sharanya while Mamitha portrayed her close friend Sona. The 2022 coming of age film became an important milestone for both actresses, with their performances helping them gain wider recognition.
Mamitha has since enjoyed a remarkable rise, starring in major successes including Premalu and three 2026 films reportedly crossing ₹200 crore worldwide. Meanwhile, Anaswara is expanding into Malayalam and Tamil cinema, with projects such as 7G Rainbow Colony 2 and other upcoming films. Her growing lineup suggests she has the potential to reach even greater heights.
