Hachette Unveils the Ultimate Dungeons & Dragons Novel Collection

For readers who have more specific books that they want from across the wide, wide world of Dungeons & Dragons, the books will begin receiving a trade release on Sept. 9, with new books available approximately every two weeks. But Hachette has truly gone above and beyond to make the whole set stand out together, even as impressive as each of the individual books in the collection are. Which, of course, leads us to talk about the publisher’s subscription service, with the first two books starting at a reduced introductory price of £2.99 for the first book and £6.99 for the second book before moving to £11.99 for the remainder of the subscription run.

Hachette has opened a subscription service for fans to ensure that they get the novels on a regular basis as well as offering the novels through trade release starting Sept. 9. The novels in this collection are being published as hardback books with foiled covers and exclusive spine artwork by Javier Charro, showing an interconnected image of fan-favorite Dungeons & Dragons characters together in action, which will really get the books to visually pop from one’s bookshelf. The subscription ships two novels each month, steadily providing 40 years of Dungeons & Dragons to subscribers.

To sweeten the subscription deal, Hachette is offering primo incentives for people who subscribe to the novels collection before the end of 2026 while supplies last. Subscribers get a set of engraved silver and gold-colored bookmarks, a mug designed after Dungeons & Dragons, a pair of bookends with the Dungeons & Dragons symbol, a specially branded dice tray for your next D&D campaign, and a free book as part of the subscription. These are all impressive bits of swag for any Dungeons & Dragons fan to show off with their books, giving other players a strong sense of FOMO.
