I secured my tickets by not forgetting one important thing

Oasis is heading back on the road next year, as countless fans are preparing for another tour. Amid all the excitement, many will be concerned about the ticket scramble.
Anyone who tried to snap up a ticket for the long-awaited 2025 reunion will remember the intense battle to secure a spot. I waited six hours in the queue before snapping up two tickets for their Wembley date last year.
Many other fans waited much longer, paid more than they anticipated, or missed out altogether on seeing Liam and Noel Gallagher reunite on stage after years of feuding.
Oasis has a new structure in place for their upcoming 38-date tour next year, yet my advice still stands. What helped me to secure tickets last time was to ensure I was logged into my Ticketmaster account before hand.
Doing this will speed up the ticket buying process and make it much smoother. There would be nothing worse than securing tickets and heading to the checkout to find out you can’t remember your password.
Tickets can only stay in your basket for so long, so it is essential you don’t run out of time. I recommend logging into your account and staying logged in before joining the ticket queue.
How to get Oasis tickets
This time, Oasis are using a ballot system in an effort to give people a fairer chance of getting tickets. It is hoped it will stop fans waiting hours in online queues.
To even be able to have the chance to buy tickets, fans need to complete a registration process before 4pm BST / 5pm CEST / 8am PT / 11am ET on September 17.
Oasis said: “Due to the anticipated extremely high demand for Oasis Live ’27 and to give genuine fans the best possible chance of getting tickets, a registration process is in place to access the onsale.
“Registration is the only public way to access tickets for Oasis Live ’27.” To enter, you need to go to the official Oasis website and submit your email address.
You will then be asked to verify your personal information before stating which city or cities you are interested in going to, ranking your first, second and third preference. Then, you are asked what Oasis album was released in 1995.
You also need a Ticketmaster account to be able to buy the tickets. The Ticketmaster account must use the same email address as the one you use to enter the ballot.
If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account, make sure you set this up now. Once signed up, fans will be chosen at random to receive a unique code.
The unique code will allow fans to access the online queue to buy tickets at staggered times. These codes will be sent out between Thursday, September 24 and Sunday, September 27.
Tickets will go on sale between Friday, September 25, and Sunday, September 27. You can access the ticket waiting room up to 30 minutes before your onsale time.
Oasis explained: “To reduce queuing, the onsale will take place at staggered times across three days: Friday, September 25, Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026. If you receive a unique code, your email will tell you which onsale you can access.
“You can choose up to three cities, in order of preference. If you are selected, you will receive a unique code to access the onsale for one of the cities you have chosen. We will try to give you your first choice, but cannot guarantee it. You will not be able to access the onsales for any other cities.” Receiving a unique code does not guarantee that you will get tickets.
