But while the Bake Off star, 66, has no doubt aged gracefully, she has now revealed that it’s an unassuming bathroom staple that is the secret to her voluminous lashes.
In a recent interview, Nigella revealed she applies mascara to her lower lashes by using interdental brushes, which are typically used for flossing and cost a mere £3.
To avoid smearing and smudging, Nigella apparently uses the dental tool to emphasise her lower lashes and give a voluminous, lengthened lift.
She told The Sunday Times: ‘I dab the flossing brush delicately on the mascara applicator, which is anyway less loaded once I’ve done my top lashes, then just lightly touch my lower lashes with it.’
Nigella has also credited the Too Faced Ribbon Wrapped Lash Mascara as her go-to eye makeup product as it gives ‘bold, fluttery length’.

Another usual beauty secret Nigella has revealed is that she uses a little-known ingredient to achieve her glowing complexion.
In 2019, the celebrity chef wrote in her Sunday Times style column that she uses prickly pear seed oil.
Nigella said Garden of Wisdom’s 100% prickly pear seed oil comes in an unprepossessing little bottle’ but contains ‘face-saving magic’.
‘Put it on at night and you’ll wake up looking as if you’ve been to a spa by the sea, slept 10 hours a night and been off Twitter for a month,’ she wrote.

Nigella claimed the prickly pear oil not only improved and moisturised her skin but made it feel more ‘elastic’.
