Second volume released
Trama published the second volume of its archival collection on the Trama YouTube channel. The recordings included in the release underwent restoration and remastering. Trama announced weekly releases of new volumes.
Restoration and content
The restored and remastered material comprises recordings that were originally made for the Radiola program. The collection features “concerts, interviews, documentaries” and is organized with four artists per playlist. Trama reports digitizing thousands of media files as part of the archive work.
Platform and release schedule
The releases appear on the Trama YouTube channel and Trama announced a weekly release schedule for new volumes. Radiola premiered on TV Cultura in 2008 and began its six-season run in the same year. The program aired in Brazil.
Origins and contributors
Radiola was created by Fernando Faro and João Marcello Bôscoli. Fernando Faro’s lifespan is 1927–2016 and João Marcello Bôscoli is listed among the project’s creators. People involved in the archival release include Trama, João Marcello Bôscoli, André Szajman, Emicida, and Criolo.
