Speaking on the podcast MD MEETS, hosted by Mathias Dopfner, Thiel was asked which current administration official, Vice President JD Vance or Secretary of State Marco Rubio, would give Republicans the best shot at holding onto the White House. Thiel, who remains a strong backer of Vance, admitted he’s uncertain either man could pull off a win.
