Universal Pictures and Focus Features have unleashed a gnarly new trailer for Robert Eggers’ Werwulf.
Set in 13th Century England, Werwulf stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson as a man cursed to transform into the titular beast, who alongside his wife, played by Lily-Rose Depp, travel a bleak land in order to try and seek help. At the same time, Willem Dafoe is a Knight tasked with ridding the countryside of wolves.
Written by Eggers and Sjón (The Northman), Werwulf is being teased as Eggers most terrifying film yet, and it’s not hard to see why when you take a peek into the darkness of the trailer below…
