Birmingham has been removed from the list of locations and marked as ‘permanently closed’

A ‘fabulous’ Birmingham bar said ‘we’ll miss you’ after closing its doors in the city centre.
Tonight Josephine offered glamorous nights out after moving into a unit once occupied by betting shop Ladbrokes.
After opening in June 2021, the chain owned by Nightcap Venues was known for bottomless brunches and ‘amazing’ nights out on Stephenson Street.

Today (September 27) marks a closure after five years with Nightcap Venues encouraging Brummies to visit their other locations.
In a voicemail, a Tonight Josephine’s staff member said: “Hi there, Tonight Josephine will be closing its doors on Sunday September 27.

“If you would like to join us for drinks after September 27, your nearest Nightcap Venues are The Cocktail Club and Dirty Martini.
“If you have an enquiry for booking after September 27, a member of our team will be getting in contact with you soon to discuss alternative options.”
On the Tonight Josephine website, Birmingham has been removed from the list of locations and marked as ‘permanently closed’ on Google.

A website message reads: “I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we are closed babe. We’ll miss you.”
On Google Reviews, Tonight Josephine had a 4.8 score out of five stars.
Gem Clarke said: “Fab time, great atmosphere, brilliant entertainment and friendly staff. Perfect for a girls day/night.”
Ololade Adetoro commented: “Amazing time was had here with my girlies. The atmosphere was amazing and the queens were great as usual.”
Emily Warren added: “Absolutely incredible darling. Thank you all.”
And another reviewer posted: “The entertainment was absolutely fabulous, we had a great girls day here. So much fun, thank you.”
