Useful zones to wait and skate — Abandoned Carparks are the trio of William Ayrey, Evan Oijordsbakken and Dom Anderson, propagators of contemplative, taut, and sometimes fuzz-drenched slowcore from post-quake Ōtautahi Christchurch. Quite productive on the release front during the past two years, they’re launching their second EP Celila in the coming weeks with a substantial nationwide tour, joined by a high calibre roster of special guests for all seven shows.
