As gaming continues to get more and more expensive, taking advantage of free games when they crop up is more vital than ever – and Amazon Prime members can secure some pretty good ones this month.
Every month, Amazon gives away free games to its Prime members via its Luna service. Once you redeem these games, they’re free to keep forever with no strings attached. The games available in September 2026 have just been revealed and there are a couple of great ones on the list this month among the 11 total available. Here are all the games you can redeem for free using Amazon Prime’s Luna service this month.
To me, the two highlights that stand out are DOOM Eternal and High on Life.
DOOM Eternal is the second of Id Software’s modern reboot of the series with the 2020 game still holding up as one of the best first-person shooter campaigns around right now.
If you like Rick and Morty, you’ll likely get on with the humour in High on Life, with it co-directed by Justin Roiland, who also stars as several of the game’s character-filled weapons.
To redeem these games, all you need to do is log in to Luna via your Amazon Prime account and redeem the codes on the participating store.
Sadly, most of these games are only available on PC with console players out of luck. That’s with the exception of DOOM Eternal, which can be redeemed on the Microsoft Store and played using the Xbox Play Anywhere initiative.
