There is another long weekend as the UK gets to enjoy the August bank holiday weekend.
However, with Monday, August 31, being a bank holiday, it means that shops and supermarkets will close and open at different times than normal, and operate on reduced hours.
Every year England and Wales recognises eight bank holidays, aside from a few exceptions, with Scotland recognising nine and Northern Ireland celebrating ten.
