Produced by Bhavana Studios, backed by Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil and Syam Pushkaran, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is written by Girish AD and Kiran Josey. Mamitha Baiju plays Ashley, who moves with her family from Mundakayam to a new neighbourhood in Karukutty. She develops a bond with Justin, played by Nivin Pauly, an older neighbour who is around 12-13 years her senior. As their relationship develops, the story explores love, family ties and new beginnings.
