A spot in the finals of the Davis Cup 2026 is on the line when Great Britain and Ecuador face off at the Copper Box Arena in London this weekend.
The international team tennis competition is set to conclude in Italy in November, when eight nations will have a shot at the title.
The two-day tie is a best-of-five rubber match – four singles matches and one doubles contest – with the winner set to progress to the finals and the loser heading back to qualifying early next year.
Great Britain take a strong team into their first London tie in a decade. Wimbledon breakout star Arthur Fery, experienced Grand Slam regular Cameron Norrie, and Toby Samuel, who has won five ATP Challenger titles in the last year, will represent them in the singles, while doubles specialists Neal Skupski and Henry Patten have six major titles between them.
Ecuador are the lowest-ranked nation left in the Davis Cup but have produced a shock against Australia and will feel the pressure is on the hosts.
