Ravi Teja has finally made a strong comeback at the box office with Irumudi, which continues to post impressive numbers in its opening weekend.
On Day 3, the film collected around Rs 18.80 crore net in India from 3,078 shows.
With this, Irumudi has taken its total India net collection to Rs 50.30 crore, while the India gross stands at Rs 58.37 crore.
The film also added around Rs 3.50 crore from overseas markets on Day 3, taking its total overseas gross to Rs 13.50 crore.
This pushes the worldwide gross of Irumudi to approximately Rs 71.87 crore in three days.
The biggest positive is the film’s growth on Day 3. The Rs 18.80 crore net collection represents around 16 per cent growth compared to Day 2, when the film collected Rs 16.20 crore net.
The strong weekend trend clearly shows that positive word of mouth is helping the film.
For Ravi Teja, who has been waiting for a strong theatrical success, Irumudi is shaping up as a major comeback at the box office.
