Emily Atack apologised to locals in Mojacar, Spain, as she tied the knot with Alistair Garner for the second time in a number of weeks

Emily Atack has apologised to the locals in the Spanish town where she tied the knot for the second time. The Inbetweeners star, 36, exchanged vows again with her husband Alistair Garner, 40.
They were joined by almost 200 guests in the hilltop Spanish town of Mojacar. And now, Emily has apologised to the locals in the area for the shenanigans.
She pulled up to the courtyard of the 16th century church in a red Cadillac and was joined by her two-year-old son, Barney, at the wheel. And as she did so, locals had gathered to take in the scenes.
According to the Daily Mail, the actress then said in an apologetic tone to the crowd: “This is all a bit over the top isn’t it?”
Her lavish do comes months after Dua Lipa had caused chaos in Sicily with her flamboyant wedding to Callum Turner. The duo had come in for criticism after ordering streets to be blocked off in the capital.
At the time, locals graffitied walls in the area. They insisted: “Palermo is not for sale.” But, despite Emily’s sincere tones, it’s thought locals weren’t as put off as those for Dua’s wedding.
Emily previously revealed the reason behind choosing the scenic venue for her second vows. She confirmed the spot is where her musician dad Keith once had a holiday home, with Emily having spent a number of summers there when she was young
Previously speaking about her love of the town, Emily explained: “It’s our favourite place on Earth and we still go every single year. I loved my family holidays there growing up.”
And speaking about husband Alistair, she added: “All the cliches of life become true when you fall in love and have a baby. He’s my rock, but he really, literally, is my rock. I couldn’t do life with anyone else but him.”

The seating chart was named after the word ‘Love’ in a number of different languages. This included German, Scottish Gaelic, Hawaiian, Greek, Swahili, Korean, Spanish, Arabic, Indonesian, Fijian and Filipino.
The Daily Mail reported the registrar at the ceremony told guests: “I expect some of you in here are experiencing some Deja vu”. The comments referred to the couple’s first wedding three weeks earlier, which took place in Bedfordshire.
Emily and Alistair quietly married in a church back in the U last month. They then had a party in the garden at their Bedfordshire mansion.
