Faria Abdullah, who shot to fame with “Jathi Ratnalu”, recently made her Tamil debut. The Hyderabadi actress, however, says Telugu cinema remains her home and that she intends to continue working in the Telugu film industry.
Talking about the differences between the Telugu and Tamil film industries, Faria said there isn’t much difference in terms of the working environment.
“The industry is more or less the same. The only noticeable difference is in the food habits,” she said.
Faria also revealed that she is interested in direction and has already started writing a few stories. However, she feels it will take some more time before she makes her directorial debut.
“I am interested in direction and I’m writing a few stories. But it will take some more time. If I direct a film, I will also act in it,” she said.
