Halle Berry’s ex-husband Oliver Martinez has filed a temporary restraining order against her, accusing her of physically abusing their son, Maceo.
Martinez accused Berry of jumping on their 12-year-old son, putting her hands around his neck and choking him on Sept. 26.
“Throughout the last year and a half, Ms Berry had wrestled Maceo to the ground and forced him to ‘tap out,” he also claims in the docs.
He also claims that Berry told Maceo that he was “a white b—h trying to rob a black woman” due to their child support issues.
He states, “Ms. Berry then asked our son, ‘How do you feel about that as a black man?’”
Martinez is requesting sole custody of their son.
